After some searching we found our new used vehicle...

After some searching we found our new used vehicle online. The sales person Rob was very helpful answering all our questions on the phone. We live five hours away so we negotiated a price by phone. Believing that we could complete the transaction in the day we were able to hitch a ride with a friend who was heading through Huntsville. We were pretty confident that we would be purchasing the suv with all the information that was provided to us by Rob. After our test drive, we finalized the deal. We arrived in Huntsville a little later than expected so we were disappointed to learn that the suv would not be ready that day. I explained to Rob that we were real hoping to get the suv that day because we were dropped off at the dealership and were planning to stay overnight to explore the area. Rob without hesitation offered a loner vehicle overnight which we accepted. On the following morning I received a call from Rob advising us that he had disappointing news. Our new suv would not be ready to go because a part was required which had to be ordered. This was the Thursday before a long weekend and Rob advised that it was hoped that the part could be received and installed on Tuesday. There was a pause on my end as I was thinking how are we going to get home. Rob knowing that we had no vehicle graciously offered his personal demo vehicle that he had just received that day. He advised us that when our vehicle was repaired, he would have someone drive it to us and then retrive his demo. I reminded Rob that we live five hours away which he did not see as an issue at all. We arrived at the dealership later that day a took possession of a brand new CRV with 4 kms to drive home. As promised our new used vehicle arrived the following week. Our whole experience from start to finish dealing with Rob and Huntsville Honda has been amazing. Rob went above and beyond to assist in anyway he could. Thank-you Again
