Airline moved up time of departure...service unable to accommodate change saying it was my responsibility to notify them sooner (even though we booked thru Expedia and did notify them day before, they claimed to need 2 days notice). Next time (even if I use Expedia) I will forego shuttle service option (if the service is Karmel) and take a cab
