Your technician, Zayne Emerson, was prompt, courteous, pleasant and very informative. I really appreciated his patience and understanding when there was a need to explain services required & reason for said repairs. I would recommend John Moore Services. We appreciated the professionalism of it's associates. And we especially thank GOD for the help & patience shown to "us old folks" by Zayne in explaining the things necessary for solutions to our plumbing problems & why they would be needed. Estimated cost, however, are rather steep for seniors on fixed incomes.
