Lovely different hotel experience I'd highly recom...

Lovely different hotel experience I'd highly recommend. Whether you or river or city side is somewhat irrelevant unless you've got a private balcony. 2 restaurants onboard, as well as numerous a few meters away in the lovely Old Sacramento. Rooms are small but well appointed with all the usual features including AC and a TV.
