I attended the Muay Thai class as well as the self defense (Jkd) class. This is a great school. I've been training for awhile and at multiple gyms. This place is the real deal. Great welcoming atmosphere and Bobby has a lot of knowledge to share. Muay Thai, eskrima, knives, hand trapping and more. They have it all. I was very impressed.
