The over all experience was good...very similar to Lift/Uber but cost more. We had a difficulty booking. 1st with the phone number application. The program kept kicking us out not accepting the phone number. 2nd the address that we needed to submit would not be accepted. Eventually we chose one of the options, hoping that it would be the right one and...it was not. The driver would not listen to my explanation of the situation and started driving us to the wrong location. I was leery of this the whole time so I was watching his navigation and when the passed the exit ramp for our location, I made him aware of the problem. He immediately realized the problem and got us back on track. The program was the problem...not the driver.
