Hmm, really conflicted about this place... the creativity was off the charts but everything else was just meh. Our expectations were high so maybe we set ourselves up for a fail? The service was not tight enough, too informal (winking and profanity??) for a 3 Michelin Starred restaurant and the flavors were not complex or unique in anyway. We got two total pieces of meat, squab and crab... it s not important to get more meat but the lack of unique ingredients was an issue ( Grace had Waguy, squab, lobster and fish). Beef jerky doesn t count. Definitely not worth the $700 for two people.
Loved the multi-sensory experience with the heat, the liquid ice, the oranges, the coals, the smoke from the oak leaves ... etc.
