The one "1 star" review here sounds like user error to me haha. I have been with Telsco for about 5 years now. By far the best alarm company. The fact that everything is local and call center isnt in Kentucky or something is great. They know the city, know local law enforcement making it a very smooth service. We have had ZERO false alarms causing false dispatches. They are insanely quick to call your phone if the alarm is set off by accident by say the dog, or a loved that didnt get to the panel fast enough. I now have cameras outside and at the entrances as well so that if there is a break in they can see and can call police immediately.

They offer cutting edge tech and the best camera tech ive seen in comparison to the other "door to door" companies. Telscos service is top notch. The 1 or two issues I have had have been resolved in VERY short periods and the installation of my cameras and equipment is flawless. I would strongly recommend you choose Telsco over all other systems. You will not regret it. There is a reason the rating is so high. They make you feel like you are their only client.
