Incorrect rate charged and incompetent agent was not able to help. I tried to best explain and also advised that I have had the bill adjusted for the correct rate in the past. Forced to pay the amount in order to avoid late fees and interest. I have two properties with O'Connor Associates, because of their shoddy practice and willingness to not listen and basically trying to tell me I am an idiot, I will not be re-signing going forward. Crooks.
