I wish I could give this company a 0, but the lowest is 1. Before they would even start, they increased their fee by $50, and there was no recourse, and no way of talking to them about it. It felt like extortion. Then, when they finished, I had the most useless appraisal I have ever seen. No comparisons or analysis was done - it looks like the appraiser just looked at the MLS listing for the property, and used that number. No neighbourhood pricing was even done.
