I want to share my story here. I applied for Canadian immigration (FSWP) few years back from Karachi, Pakistan in the category of Family Physician. After getting my acknowledgement, there was no response from Canadian visa office for quite long, then my consultant got an email that they were unable to verify my work experience and rejected the case. It was very shocking for me and despite providing further evidences to clear the confusion, visa office didn t change the decision. Even my consultant showed no hopes but my brother who lives in Canada, insisted me to go to the Federal court of Canada because my case was completely misjudged by visa office and their decision was totally wrong.
