I am a student working on a project and attempted to reach an employee. The receptionist hung up on me after telling me my caller ID was blocked-- this was set up through our family's phone company and is not something I have control over as I do not pay the bill. She was rude and not helpful, arguing with me after I asked for an alternative way to contact him as he is in the field, hurting the progress of my academic work.
