Dave Owens has been to my residence twice, first for a maintenance check and the yesterday, Sunday 6/24 for a repair. Dave is awesome. He is knowledgeable, professional, and very personable and friendly. On both occasions that he was here, he took extra time to explain how my heat pump works and how to work the controls on my thermostat, because I sometimes have issues with that. At any rate, I would give Dave Owens an A++ in absolutely every area of service and customer service. He is honestly one of the greatest serviceman to EVER come to my home, and I am not young! Thank you Dave really appreciate all your help.
