So why the 4* rating. Price and service. On a full exhaust replacement on my subaru this place will save over 800 bucks over anybody's parts price. Sure support your local parts store when you can, but that difference is to large to ignore.

It's rare to have a problem, but on a job where I was using a really obscure part, they went above and beyond to try to get it right. It's mail order, so shipping takes some time, and I do not like their multi point shipping model, so that adding a single $2.00 item could ad an additional $7 in shipping cost and unless you check your cart's estimated shipping after every item you will never know it. They could consider updating their website to instantaneous calculation, but that might be pricey. It's not Amazon but it works.

So not perfect but when you are facing a couple of big jobs in a year,, this could save your family's vacation budget.
