i purchased 7 quarts of motorcraft5/30, full synth...

i purchased 7 quarts of motorcraft5/30, full synthetic and on first shipment,
i received 10/30 semi synthetic , but invoice read 5/30 full syn.
i sent the 10/30 back to R/A with your shipping label but 2 days later i recieved both the oil i wanted plus the 10/30 that i had returned.
dont know why that happened but would like to return the 10/30 i did not
want.
please contact me to get your oil back. order number is 163496321.
