They charged $750 for replacement of a kitchen faucet that took less than 1.5 hours and I supplied the materials. The technician led me to believe that it would be a difficult job, but it was actually quite simple. They sold me a service plan that I will never use. When I called to discuss the charges, they were quite nasty.
