Quite a busy morning and somewhat of a wait (overall I was there for an hour), but other than that, great experience! The nurse was friendly and apologized for wait. They (nurse and Dr. Williams) took time to listen, allowed me to ask questions, and conducted a sufficiently thorough examination. Doctor explained diagnosis/condition in a way that was clear and addressed my concerns (put my mind at ease).
