Oh, what I love to visit the Royal Opera :-)
The favorite place is definitely the first line of the fund, just the distance and the overview, even though I experience the armchairs on parquet as more comfortable for me.

For me, it is always a challenge to avoid reading the subtitle over the stage, difficult to avoid, but the disadvantage is that you lose focus on the performance plus the risk of getting a sore neck (in any case from parquet).

The visit is for us always a party, take the opportunity to dress up, pre-order drinks and snacks for the breaks and enjoy an entire evening.
