I was overall dissatisfied with my service visit for my 2017 Corvette. I arrived earlier than my appointment time, but still waited until after my appointment time to be greeted. there was also an exceptionally long wait for my routine service to be performed. Customers that arrived after me completed their service before mine was completed. The advisor was then unable to print my inspection report, but stated "everything is ok". The car was also not washed even though this was previously mentioned to be part of the Corvette service. When I inquired about this, I was told there was no time for a wash. Upon leaving the dealership on my way home the "service rear axle" light came on. After I arrived home the car then died and would not restart. I then had the car towed to another Chevrolet dealership through roadside assistance. Overall this was a very poor experience and my car came out in worse shape than when I took it in. I will not be returning to this dealership.
