First thing right out of the gate, we had our reservations weeks in advance but for some unknown reason we had to wait AN HOUR and A HALF for our rooms and Joshua that answered the phone had an attitude like he couldn't be bothered. We finally get there and there are only 3 towels in the room. Then we decide to go to the pool, on the way to the pool people are walking around, I get stopped and told that I need a mask. There were NO signs posted and also the people who were with me didn't get stopped. I said ok fine, then we get to the pool, I get in my kids go to the water slide in the pool and I'm waiting for them to come out. There are no signs yet again but a life guard is shaking his hand back and forth at me like I read minds and mumbling so I couldn't hear him and the music was louder than him. Ok fine I moved. We left for the day and figured that house keeping would stop in but nope, my Mom's boyfriend had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels and such. I'm not doing this to get management to respond, step it up folks.
