I requested a car for a 4 am pick up on a Saturday...

I requested a car for a 4 am pick up on a Saturday morning on Staten Island, NY for transport to the Airport. I used the company's website to make the reservation and requested a 1-4 person sedan. I called a few hours later to verify the request (it was the day before my flight). After reading other reviews on here I made myself ready about 15 minutes before my requested pick up time. Sure enough, the driver called about at 3:45 to tell me he was there. The car was a very nice SUV instead of a sedan. The driver was very polite and assisted me with my bag. The drive in was very easy and comfortable. I was able to pay with my credit card in the car and had a receipt e-mailed to my account (business trip). Even though I got an SUV instead of a sedan I was charged my quoted price. It is more expensive than if had just requested a taxi but it was a good experience and worth the few extra dollars. I've heard taxi's don't like to come to Staten Island so I didn't want to risk it and was willing to pay the 7 extra dollars over the fixed SI fare from a taxi.
