Worked as a plasma operator. The company will pay you bottom of the barrel if they feel like they can. If you re a customer they charge you outrageous prices like making you pay for an entire sheet of material even if you re getting 5 small parts and 10 other companies have orders cut out of the same sheet at the same time. There are better cheaper alternatives just look out west. When laid off for covid-19 the way employees found out was a piece of paper taped on the break room ice machine right before end of shift and later when officially terminated refused me and others PTO which shows the extent management will go to save a dollar for bonuses.
