an error in qualifying my claim led me to a cancel...

an error in qualifying my claim led me to a cancellation ... for nothing! It took more than a month, with two-week reminders, for my file to be finally requalified, my contract terminated anyway, and finally re-signed with another risk bearer. All this in a great heaviness of the customer service, forcing me also not to drive for several days because I was not assured so the service has taken time to process my file. Euro-Assurance continues to be my broker and offered me in fine the same guarantees for a lower price! I was therefore assured too expensive, treated anyhow at the administrative level, terminated by negligence (and therefore registered as such in the registers interinsurers, which requires me to remain a customer at home at the moment), not defended by the AXA risk bearer, etc ... to flee !!
