Many thanks to Eric and Alex in the Service department for taking great care of use through a complicated repair process! My daughter began receiving a check engine light on a recently purchased used car shortly after taking possession from a Waconia Dodge affiliate. The troubleshooting was lengthy and difficult and the warranty company was balking about coverage. Eric and Alex (and the rest of the team at Waconia Dodge) were terrific in identifying and fixing the issue and working with the warranty company to make sure they covered it as they were supposed to. They helped assure what was likely a multi-thousand dollar repair into a successful warranty claim that cost me nothing out of pocket. My daughter and I can't thank you both enough! It's been several weeks now and the error code has not returned.
