Worst Wyndham experience ever in life! First the positives! The beds were very comfy! The location is ideal! Everything else was all down hill for us! First check in was Super slow! Even with the hotel only being 30% booked at 845pm! We were given keys went to our room only to discover it was a complete wreck and clearly someone was staying there presently! I m so glad they weren t in the room because that could have gone lots of different ways!

During the Long check in we were told that the bar and restaurant was open and the super bowl was playing. Only to discover that it suddenly closed for the evening while we were waiting on someone to bring us keys to a clean, unoccupied room.

The maid on duty was very nice and tried to be helpful. When she delivered the keys to the new room we found a huge trash bag full of garbage near the front door! Inside, the room was moderately clean! I had to go out to a store to get Clorox liquid and wipe! There was hair in the tub, the toilet had not been properly cleaned and there were only 2 bath towels in the entire room! Not a single hand towel or face cloth! Counters, coffee maker and hair dryer all had considerable dust build up! The room just didn t smell clean.
Booked the room for 2 nights but we won t be staying for the second night. Once work here is completed we will be doing the 6 hour trip back to Charlotte instead of getting a good nights rest!
So disappointed as this is not representative or the Wyndham experiences we are use to both in and out of the USA.
