No wonder they are going BANKRUPT! I purchased a refrigerator ($2000) from the local Sears store... not online. It was delivered In October. Ice maker was never working. I called for service and after 2 visits by a technician - still not working. They did not tell me the part COULD NOT be found - even after more than 10 phone calls and 8 hours on hold. I finally demanded a refund. They picked up the refrigerator and parts on Jan 2. Here it is... Jan 18... and STILL the refund has not been processed!!!!!!! Don't ever BUY from SEARS...... Fair warning!!!
