It's an average ferry service. Used it twice - Departure and arrival was more or less on time. Did not feel the return ferry from Koh Rong to Sihanoukville was safe. It was a small one with no trace of any safety jacket, felt the weight on the boat was not balanced properly and it was tilted on one side. They onboarded more people than the capacity and made them sit on small foot stools!
