Used to have an above average experience until recently. Took my 2 cars for servicing - the issue with the first remains unresolved and NO response from the Service Tech or Manager. The Service Assistants give a generic response - "book an appointment to come back in". Come back in?? You guys know what the issue, why can't I get a call to discuss next steps?

The second car had a multi inspection check, turns out that there was nothing wrong with the most expensive item listed to be fixed per 2 other mechanics I went to for a cheaper quote. Again this was brought to the attention of the Service Manager - NO response. Lastly, the Pilot was noted to have "engine leaks" during an appraisal, this is despite having a routine maintenance completed just before that. Again, no plausible explanation given.

I got an email noting I would get a survey post service - NOTHING SEVERAL WEEKS later, despite having TWO cars fixed. Is that just lip service?
