Firstly, I just wanted to start by saying a big thank you to the Dive company team - Rafi, Lionel and Felix for their time, the great fun and laughter, and looking after us during our long weekend diving trip to PulauTioman.

I did my open water course with the dive company, and enjoyed every minute of it. It was such a great experience made better by the team who accompanied us to Tioman. As i am very new to the diving scene, the one thing which i was concerned about prior to selecting a company to dive with was safety. However my instructor Rafi was great in his training of the newbies, the planning and guidance was first rate, and I never felt at any time that my safety was compromised.

As for the course, so much to learn but , and although at the beginning my breathing, buoyancy and finning was a bit like a fish out of water, by the end of the week my confidence grew and i think I made some good improvements.

I got to do a total of 8 dives over the long weekend, and each one was memorable! I got to see a puffer fish, three beautiful turtles, and a small tip shark.

If you are travelling through Southeast Asia, in Singapore for holidays, or work here long term, I recommend that you choose the The Dive Company as your scuba diving source. It is run by a great bunch of people and you will definitely have a marvelous time.
