In my 30,000 customer service on my 911 in August 2015, the too long way of the hand brake lever was not stopped. This was noticed by me only on the way back. When asked at the Porsche Center, you have also recognized the same guilty and named, of course, as always, the customer! I would not have commissioned this. The maintenance cost 1500.- ! The documents, was accompanied by a workshop report in which the fitter has ticked off a setting and checking and he has taken and signed workshop master.
So what good is a customer service for 1500.- at the Porsche Center?
Me and all my acquaintances do not see these arrogant people a second time in their rooms.
Incidentally, the error was corrected after many phone calls and a long time in which a driver drove my vehicle 80 km on the road, because the Porsche Center has no transport vehicle and you always do it! Statement Porsche Center! (According to the insurance, there is no insurance cover for this workshop trip!)
Maybe something like that could be done with the customers in the seventies, but in 2015/2016 ???????????????? ?
