I don't even know where to start. It looks like a joke but unfortunately it's a sad reality. Our company turned to dawn leasing (through a bank) for a real estate leasing. The first sign of their "professionalism" was the arrival of a quote with the wrong address, dated 12/19 deadline 12/24 sent on 12/23 at 5.10 pm by their daughter in Modena. At the beginning of January they said to sign the estimate anyway, to the negative answer they sent back the correct estimate. Then fixed this "small" inconvenience, in mid-January we sent all the required documents. Then as a response after almost 2 months, a request for urgent documents from their Milan office arrived at the email, referring to another property of another company located in Vicenza (in the face of privacy). We are from Bologna. We turned to the bank and a new email (from Modena's leasing daughter) arrived, but only partially correct, always with the data relating to the other property. I add the bank approved the financing on December 20. Be the one to draw a conclusion, if alba leasing are a bunch of incompetent people, they are incapable, or reliable professionals to turn to. We are speechless. Meanwhile, let's wait how this circus proceeds with these clowns.
