I rang the MusicCast helpline and spoke to someone called Stefan; he was a complete know it all, treated me with condescension and when I asked questions or suggested issues, he spoke with that arrogant air where you feel like you re causing a problem and should ve known better. I ended up ending the phone call civilly and used YouTube to sort out my questions. I was given the MusicCast helpline by a dealer and will never use them again, in fact it annoyed me so much that I am tempted to ring management and formally complain about the Technophobe Cowboys they hire to help the public sort out issues.
