Nico greeted me as I began to look at shoes. I have a metal plate in one foot and a bunion on the other - relatively difficult to fit as my feet as different in width and length, and the metal plate is becoming more uncomfortable as the natural padding on my foot becomes thinner with age. After measuring and looking at options with Nico, I knew I was in good hands. He found a solution for each of the minor issues I mentioned as I tried 3 different pairs. I asked him if I could speak with the owner or manager, as I was so pleased with his helpfulness and knowledge, and look forward to wearing my new shoes in the near future. I will be stopping back for additional new options in the near future. You obviously hire and train well. Thank you
