A great service, I had bought a navi at action but...

A great service, I had bought a navi at action but after a while the software got stuck in the warranty time. I went back to action and was told that I had to contact the manufacturer directly, so done my problem, and I got the answer from him but then we see what we can do. The system has been gone for a week and they have sent me a brand new one.
