Wasted my time and money! After driving from Plattsburgh NY to their store for a test drive, with them promising a smooth transaction between states, and a deal we agreed to on the phone of me using USAA for my loan, I find out there was no deal, that the price is ONLY through their bank, and that I couldn't possibly drive the car home that day because it takes five days to get the registration from the Massachusetts DMV to New York. Without any apologies, no compensation for hotel or gas either, and clearly no communication between the middle eastern salesman and the rest of the team I had no choice but to write this failing review. Despite being told I could just drive home (six hour drive) and come back tomorrow. Proceed with caution and get in writing any promises or agreements. Oh and be prepared for them to juggle you between a bunch of sketchy sales folk. I dealt with no less than four soulless people in twenty minutes. I thought this type of cutthroat car sales was only on TV, or a thing of the past. Think again and prepare yourself before being hooked with false promises and bamboozled by their special team.
