Room was advertised online for less than what we paid. The hotel is a beautiful place. Well at least the lobby is. We checked in pretty easily. When we got to our double bed room. The lamps bulbs did not work. So our room is/was VERY dark. Called the front desk but phone just rang and rang and rang. Oh well. I hung up and we went to sleep. We were just happy we had a bed since our flights back home were canceled because of weather. Morning time, shower valve needs to be fixed. The water doesn t want to come out. So after some fidgeting with it. I got it to work. Head up to the laundry room. No softener is sold for clothes. Stop at vending machine for a bottle of water. No water in machines for both nights we were here, on ANY floor. We went to the restaurant downstairs and had two burgers and two beers for $70 w/out tip. I get it. You all are close to the airport and can charge what you want based on supply and demand but honestly you have to be better. There are many other cheaper, affordable hotel options directly around you. Don t take for granted the name at the top of your building. You guys have to be better.
