I found a 1500 online. I made an appointment to get my truck appraised and to see what kind of price I could get. We work everything up and I take it home. Within a couple days I realize it doesn't have multiple things that the internet ad claimed it had. I lost out on a trailer hitch, bedliner, upgraded rear view mirror, auto dimming headlights and a couple other small things. I was able to get them to agree to give me a hitch receiver.

I did notice before I bought the truck that one of the ram boxes didn't close all the way. I was told that would be no problem to fix. They ordered the part and when I got the text that it was in I tried to set the appointment up over the phone. I tried for an hour after I got off work 3 days in a row leaving messages everyday. While holding I was hung up on multiple times. Finally I get connected back to the woman that tried to transfer me and I tell her what's going on. She sets up something for Friday the next week after talking with a service advisor and when i came in they didn't expect me.

Look over your vehicle before you leave because the internet ad is not always correct, and the service department isn't always easy to get in touch with.
