We stayed during COVID and our experience was less then ideal. The AC did not work In two rooms so we switched rooms three times in three days. The lady in the front when we first checked in was not the nicest and literally gave us everything we didn t want (far from elevator, first floor, joining rooms). It was a Sunday so I doubt it was so full she couldn t accommodate us at all.. There is no cleaning service during the stay and no room service what so ever. They wouldn t give me more then two towels at a time even though we had 4 guests. The pool is okay but the main pool is freezing and the heated pool there was a three hour wait to get in. Once your in you have 45 min. It s definitely not like it use to be.. I don t blame them for that but they should probably heat both pools if they are allowing that many guests to be there. On top of it all I checked out on Tuesday evening and called immediately to let them know I left my bathing suit. I got transferred 3 times abd was told they would call back. 2 days later no call back. I called again to speak with housekeeping supervisor and she promised she would call that day, the next day I had to call back and the supervisor was busy .. I finally got a call back from another supervisor so we shall see what happened. Extremely unorganized, not the greatest experience.
