Joined in May 2017, left in February 2019. I never took any of the group fitness classes, but worked out with a personal trainer the entire time I was a member. I agree with another comment, the new facility was hit or miss.

First, the bad stuff. The men's locker room was pretty filthy with stuff thrown everywhere all the time. Some of the lockers smelled so bad I didn't use any in the vicinity (in the new club), and the showers were not as clean as they should be. The steam room often stunk to the point where I didn't want to use it (and I hope it was mud people were tracking in there from their shoes). The dry sauna was often not working or not hot enough to do anything. The parking situation is 100% dreadful. It is a total shame they didn't make other arrangements, like garage vouchers instead of valet, but that is just my preference. There were some maintenance issues in the main weight room, and the layout was odd.

There are some good parts. The pool is an A+, I haven't been in a nicer one in a long time: short course meters, salt water, impeccably maintained, not very crowded. This was an outside smoke. (Fellow swimmers will get this reference.) My personal trainers were fantastic, and despite some issues with another trainer (whom I didn't ever work with) during the transition from the first one to the second after the first returned to school, I had a great experience.

I had much higher expectations based on their positioning this as an "exclusive" gym. I felt they failed to deliver on the services/amenities, maintenance of the equipment, and cleanliness of the club. In essence, they have the same issues as you'll find at any other gym, so I decided why should I pay more. My new club is $119 less per month (~$1400 less per year) and I have access to and use the same things I did at Wellbridge. If I factor in the amount I paid for personal training the numbers jump DRAMATICALLY. If you like group fitness classes, then this might be the place for you, they have a lot of them.
