Logistically comfortable, but not suitable for study. No Wi-Fi, rude staff and pedant who continually disturbs speaking aloud. On the other hand, you enter these places by recommendation, you know, and once you have had the place you feel in an iron barrel. Rules absurd as if every customer could be a potential terrorist. Water is not allowed because obviously you have to make the interest of the bar: if you want to go to the bar and pay. It is time to finish putting recommendations that do not have any predisposition for the work that had "luck" (let's call it that) to get. There are so many other people who would have all the credentials for such work, passion, attitude, cordiality, and instead they are systematically put aside. This is not an exclusive problem of this library but also of many others.

After some time this review must have had its effect: the staff seems to have understood that they should not disturb speaking aloud. Now they should try to understand that they do not have to smoke even if they go to the basement because anyway a thread of smoke always goes up to the hall and a non-smoker notices immediately.
A problem that reflects the temperature that obviously the air conditioning system can not make it stable by forcing us to put on and take off a support jacket.

I still add a star at least for having finally granted us the necessary silence.
