We have 2 pos system from DCS ,pos it s good but they can t support us , around 6 months ago till now I called the technician, manager,owner to support my system but they said u have to make contract for maintenance and after signing the contract for support still they can t fix the problem ,I pay more than $17000 to DCS but they can t support the system
Now my customers very sad because system is very slow and sometimes everything is frozen we have to shot down the system and again start to turn on and another problem we can t change the price for items or if we have new items we can t do anything
I m really sad and I try to find another company to support my system this is very bad for a business
