I gave them my business 3 times. All 3 times, I asked for them to let me know when prints were ready. They didn't. Twice I had to call and they said they're ready and when I got there, there was some confusion that could have been cleared on the phone, and I had to sit there and wait. Also - generally rude, expensive and not fast. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just for getting plans printed.

Just called my normal shop (PR2) and it reminded me how great they are in comparison.
