This hotel has the rudest most unprofessional staff that I have ever encountered. I booked through a third party and was not given the room type that I paid for. Customer service refused to take my credit card that I presented, I had booked with a different card, but decided to use a different card when I got to the hotel. They kept saying my card was declining so I had to call my bank and bank advised they couldn t see they were running my bank card. The reservationists was blurting out I was trying check in with no money and loudly saying everyone else wasn t having a problem. Only me!! Even with my bank on the phone telling him there was no problem on my end. 95 percent of guests Asian. 100 percent of employees Asian. Maids don t understand or speak English. How do you get a job in the United States and don t speak English. We are not in China or Singapore. Don t book if you are anything but Asian as I felt discriminated against for being Caucasian. Such rude and disrespectful staff. Took an hour and 15 minutes to check in while the agent belitled and embarrassed me. My bank could not believe the situation. Totally disgusting. The Doubletree, Marriott and Embassy Suites also Hyatt right down the street with profession staff. Outdated low end facility. Should be rated 1 Star. Pool looks like it has mold on the bottom as well as hot tub. I m surprised this hotel is in business especially with the biased behavior of the staff. Upper level staff breeds this behavior. There s a reason is is a cheaper hotel. Spend the extra 20 and book elsewhere. This hotel should be boycotted/banned from doing business.
