I had an encounter that left much to be desired. The support team was slow to respond, and my issues took longer to resolve than anticipated. When I finally received assistance, it felt like I was just another ticket in the queue rather than a valued customer. The communication could definitely use some improvement. On top of that, some features didn’t work as promised, which added to my frustration. While I appreciate their efforts, the experience was not up to par. 🤔🔧
