Horrible service! No manners! No class! They are all liars. We had done plenty of shopping and were told that with our receipts we would be able to get a refund on taxes we paid. Since we are from America but after getting to the airport we were told once we pass security we can get the refund. After passing security. They told us we need our goods with us that we have purchased. Which is not stated anywhere on the receipts nor did anyone tell us. The person handling the tax returns speaks NO English only Italian. Unable to communicate with tourists. This is a place for tourists it would be nice to hire people who can actually understand you and guide you. This place is horrible. I will never return nor recommend anyone to visit.
