I have been a customer since 2004, and I always get great service! I've purchased two SUVs from TOE and have been completely satisfied with transactions and service over the years. Stan is a sales associate who provides excellent customer care and goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The service department always is available around my schedule- not the other way around. I have always been able to get an appointment with ease. Service technicians give information about my car that is easy for me to understand and I never feel pressured to purchase "extras" that aren't necessary. I dealt with Tucker during my most recent visit. He was very polite and explained everything about my vehicle's status clearly.
