Little America is centrally located in down town SLC. It only took 10 minutes to get there from the airport. This hotel has been established here for many many years. We stayed in one of the garden rooms which were built probably in the 60's. We really liked the room. Vintage peachy/pinkish ceramic bathroom tile I'm sure is original bit was in perfect condition still. It has been ages since I took a shower with so much water volume. Our room was nicely appointed and a little large than a typical hotel room. Staff was very pleasant but not overbearing. They have some of the best conference/ballroom facilities in the city. They are also know for great quality traditional dining. We enjoyed two meals in the coffee shop and thought the quality was excellent. Convenient, quality rooms and food with reasonable rates you can't go wrong. If you want more upscale the Grand America is directly across the street under the same ownership.
