Where do I start! The waitstaff is the most friendly and inviting group of people I've ever met. So funny, so kind, absolutely wonderful. We came on a Tuesday, end of the night (11pm) New year's day so there was hardly anyone there. The food was incredible, and there's a decent amount of vegetarian options. The "small plates" section is good for an appetizer if you need a large portion, or even good for a full meal if you don't eat much like me. I ordered the Steak Frites, and it was cooked exactly to order and the waiter checked it for me before I started just in case it was too rare. The Dijon with it was amazing, and the steak was absolutely delightful and tender. The vegetables were decent, but it seemed like it was because it was just the end of the night. The salted caramel chocolate mousse was my dessert, and you could tell it was made with good quality dark chocolate. It was thick and creamy, and not too sweet. The atmosphere was relaxed but also had an air of formality to it. The interior is beautiful, with sepia/black and white photos, dark wood finish, and antique style lightbulbs. The music is just soft enough to be perfect background noise during dinner, and they played pretty good songs. Overall, I would totally come back again, especially to see the outdoor seating in the summer.
