This is the very first time I had eaten at Broncos League club. The staff and Security were excellent. The decore and renovation was a wow factor. However, the Lamb Rump meal was what I had chosen being a kiwi and all hehe , which one becomes a professional at the taste and texture. Yeah Yeah bahh jokes aside. The meat itself was very very tender but the taste I was not sure if it had been standing for a few hours I thought one piece smelt off I spat it out. The base that it was served on was oily and I had tasted a little only to have spat that out as well. The fries and my Husbands burger was ok. Perhaps next time we would be able to try the restaurant and order something very different. You can always tell if an organisation appreciate your honest reviews it is called maturity,. Reviews determine whether your business is successful and thriving. I love the Broncos so just because of one disappointment my Husband and I will next time be back to try the Restaurant.
