Extremely helpful and efficient, even we are not their client directly. Gadens was the solicitor of our home loan bank. During the whole process before settlement, our solicitor is so unhelpful, unprofessional. Thanks to Gadens pushed my solicitor to work so that we met the settlement day. Even after the settlement, the member from Gadens also helped us to get the stamp duty reduction refund which was a drama caused by our solicitor. Not sure about others' experience, but I would give Gadens a unreserved five-star.
